Preliminary particle size specifications have been developed on Cationic Slow Set (CSS) and Medium (CMS) emulsions. Therefore, there is a need for standard specification asphalt emulsions that encompass Rapid (CRS) with additives such as solid polymer latex polymer. This research links metrics to quality-control tests performance test CRS-2, CRS-2P, CRS-2L The moderate correlation between storage time, viscosity, led recommend mean of 1.9 µm 3.0 CRS-2L, 10.7 CRS-2P.
